2. Cosmetic Vehicle Inspection
*For this portion of the appraisal you will need a phone with a camera and a $2 coin.
Please make every effort to capture all vehicle damage, blemishes and wear on your vehicle. All exterior scratches and dents larger than a $2 coin must be disclosed.
Below are examples of the required photographs to complete the appraisal:
1.Insert a $2 coin into the tire tread, photograph all 4 tires.

2.Locate the VIN decal on your vehicle. It is most often located on the inner door jam of the drivers side. Take a photograph of the decal including the VIN.

3.With the engine running photograph the dashboard.

4.Photograph any interior rips, tears, burns, cracks and discolouration.

5.Photograph any exterior blemishes or dents larger than a $2 coin (1.75cm or larger).

6.Check for windshield chips, cracks and if present, take photos of each chip or crack.

7.Provide one wide angle picture of each side of the vehicle.
